The One Bel Air, also known as The One, is a 100,000-square-foot Bel Air mega-mansion with 26-foot-high ceilings located at Stradella Rd, Los Angeles, CA, United States. The mansion has special features including a 5,500-square-foot master suite, 42 bathrooms, 21 bedrooms, as well as a private nightclub, a 50-seat movie theater, a 400-foot-long jogging track, a 4-lane bowling alley, a 30-car garage gallery, a 10,000-square-foot sky deck, 5 swimming pools, and a 10,000 bottle wine cellar. The mansion is considered the largest modern home for sale in the country. The One Bel Air was developed by Nile Niami, a former film producer who turned real estate developer. It was designed by architect Paul McClean and interior designer Kathryn Rotondi.
